GENERAL INFORMATION
On April 10, 2008, Frontier Airlines Holdings, Inc. and two (2) of its affiliates (collectively, the “Debtors”) filed petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York seeking relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' cases have been assigned to Judge Robert D. Drain. These cases are being jointly administered for procedural purposes, meaning that all pleadings filed in these cases will be reflected on case docket 08-10298 (“Main Case Docket”).
